Area Sales Manager (Southern) – Cleaning Sales Industrial

The Area Sales Representative will develop business within a set of accounts located in a specified geographic territory, exceeding sales objectives.


• Providing cleaning and insecticide solutions to manufacturing environments through a dual focus on sales and service to new and existing customers.
• Gain new business through focused and targeted prospecting and continuous involvement in the marketplace.
• Partner with key customers/personnel to understand practice structure, business model, key influence customer needs and business opportunities.
• Grow sales by defining actions that upgrade current programs and create added value customers.
• Perform activities that create a high level of customer satisfaction including the provision of rapid response, excellent results, valued added services, and effective customer communication and relationships.
• Conduct business reviews with customers, identify needs, problems and goals and develop a specific plan of action


• Bachelor in Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineering, Environmental/health/safety, Petroleum/oil/gas and Chemistry or any related field
• Experience 2-5 years prefer in or sales and Service in Chemical, Manufacturing
• Ability to work independently and set own schedule.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to understand what the customer needs.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
• Able to driving a car with a valid driving license.
